Our U9-U10 program is designed to build a strong foundation in basketball during the most formative years of a child’s development. At this age, players learn key fundamentals such as ball handling, footwork, teamwork, and game awareness—essential skills for those who will represent HKBA on local courts and beyond.
By investing in this age group, we create a clear pathway that supports long-term growth, confidence, and preparation for competitive play. This developmental focus ensures players are building skills, developing a love for the game, and gaining opportunities to proudly represent HK in local competitions.
Program Focus – Why Development Comes First
- Compete with Pride: While building strong fundamentals, players will have opportunities to represent HKBA and Hong Kong in local league games and tournaments.
- Basketball IQ & Game Sense: Players will learn the basics of positioning, spacing, and how to move with and without the ball.
