Our Girls Program is designed to empower young female athletes through high-level training, mentorship, and a supportive community. We offer a welcoming space where players can sharpen their skills, build confidence, and grow. With a balance of technical development and team-focused training, girls of all skill levels are encouraged to challenge themselves and reach new heights. Whether you're just starting out or preparing for competitive play, our program supports each athlete’s journey with care and intention.
Girls Select Team
We’re excited to bring back our Girls Select Team—an elite opportunity for dedicated players ready to take the next step. This program connects passionate athletes through structured competition, strong team culture, and a commitment to excellence. With local and international tournaments on the horizon, players will gain valuable game experience while representing Hong Kong with pride. The team is led by a seasoned coach with NBL1 experience, ensuring that every player receives top-tier guidance and development. Join us as we build the next generation of standout female talent!

Every Sunday for all HKBA Girls as an additional add on to apply their weekly training to live game play.

- The Select Girls Team will include between 8-10 players. Developmental players can train and practice at a high level but will not compete in games.
- Players who were not selected are encouraged to continue participating in our girls-only training program. There is potential for a secondary team to be created as the season progresses.
- Game schedules will be arranged and communicated by the coaching team. Scheduled game days will be confirmed once the season begins.

Girls Select Team (Competitive): Built for players ready to challenge themselves at a higher level. Training emphasizes advanced skill development, team concepts, and game execution, with a focus on discipline, teamwork, and basketball IQ.

A supportive environment where players continue to build confidence, develop their fundamentals, and grow their understanding of the game. Through focused skills training and structured scrimmages, this program helps each player strengthen their foundation and love for basketball.
