With a format that mirrors our Premier League, players will gain valuable experience in organized team settings, helping them transition smoothly into high school basketball and beyond.

Games will follow a fair-play system, where players rotate in and out at set intervals, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to contribute on the court. Coaches will oversee structured team training while emphasizing development, teamwork, and game awareness. This division is designed to help younger players build confidence, improve their basketball IQ, and develop essential skills in a competitive yet supportive environment.

Current and new HKBA players may tryout for the league in their respective age divisions. All players are required to tryout for a new season.

- Player Stats
- Uniforms: New uniforms are required and can be purchased for $500. Includes: Jersey Top, Shorts, Reversible Practice Jersey, and a Warm-Up shirt.
- Program Fee: The fees vary depending on the team due to the number of practices.
