Player Development & Training
Our Girls Program dedicated to the growth and development of female athletes. We focus on creating a welcoming environment where girls can refine their basketball skills, build confidence, and grow as players. Our specialized training and strong community support ensure that all participants receive the encouragement they need to excel. We offer both player development and competitive options through our Girls Select Team, inviting players of all ages and skill levels to advance their game in a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.
Girls Select Team
We’re thrilled to relaunch our Girls Select Team! This program connects passionate basketball players, offering opportunities for enjoyment and camaraderie through competitive play. Our mission is to provide Hong Kong girls with a chance to elevate their game in a setting that values strong representation, inclusivity, and positive support. The team will compete locally and internationally, giving players valuable experience and a platform to showcase their talent. Led by an experienced NBL1 coach with a proven track record, our Select Team ensures top-notch coaching and development.
Who Can Join?

U12/U14 Girls (Non-Competitive): Focuses on skills training, player development, and controlled game-play. This program provides an opportunity for girls to continue their basketball journey and develop their skills, with potential for a secondary team in the future.
U15-U17 (Competitive): Girls Select Team, local and potential international play.
Tryouts have now concluded and Fall Season Team selection is closed.

Ages: U12-U14 (Beginner-Intermediate)
U15-U17 Girls Select Team
Location: Central / Western LCSD Venues
Time: 5:00pm-7:00pm / 6:00pm-8:00pm
Sessions: 8
Dates: Jan 10, 17, 24,
Feb 7, 14, 21, 28, Mar 7
Fee: $4,480 // Uniform: $500 extra

essentials guideline
- The Select Girls Team will include between 10 to 15 players. Developmental players can train and practice at a high level but will not compete in games.
- Players who were not selected are encouraged to continue participating in our girls-only training program. There is potential for a secondary team to be created as the season progresses.
- Game schedules will be arranged and communicated by the coaching team. Scheduled game days will be confirmed once the season begins.
