As an educator and coach, I believe that all students are different in terms of their qualities and capabilities. Each of them has their own needs and wants. I cannot assume that there is only one path to teaching them, I must treat them equitably so they may be equal to their peers. I take this approach because everyone deserves to be treated in a way that will help them achieve and succeed in the future.
